Logically, this is only possible with undamaged jewelry that is preferably returned in the original packaging. Please also provide sufficient postage on the package. After receiving the goods, we will refund the invoice amount to you within 14 days. Both the costs and the risk of shipping (for example if a package is lost at PostNL) are for your own account in the event of a return. So if you want to be sure that the package reaches us, send your return by registered mail or as a parcel.

Returns that are not identifiable will be returned to the sender if possible. NB! The return costs are for your own account.

NB! For hygienic reasons, earrings may not be tried on. Returns that do not comply with this, that are damaged, contaminated or altered may be refused and will therefore not be refunded.

It is of course important that the bracelet you order actually fits your wrist. That is why we have listed a few ways to measure your bracelet size.

1. Use an existing bracelet: Do you already have an existing bracelet that fits well? Then all you have to do is measure that bracelet with a ruler. This way you can easily measure your bracelet size.
2. Measure the circumference of your wrist: You can measure the circumference of your wrist to find out what your bracelet size is. The best way to do this is to use a measuring tape. Place this just above the lump above your wrist, this is where the bracelet will sit. Then you read how many cm the circumference is and then you're done!

If you want to know your ring size, there are several ways to find out. We have listed a few for you, so that you can easily measure your ring size.

1. Using an already fitting ring: If you already have a ring at home that already fits you nicely. Then you can measure your ring with the diameter of the inside. The number of millimeters is your ring size.
2. Measuring with a piece of string: You can also measure your ring size with a piece of string. Take a piece of string and wrap it tightly around your finger. When the strings come together you draw a line. Then lay out the string lengthwise and measure the millimeters with a ruler or set square.
