14 days return policy

Is your order not what you expected? Juwelia offers you the guarantee to return your order within 14 days of purchase and get your money back. You can only do engraved products and custom made products did not return.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7,25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, please contact us at customerservice@juwelia.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Returns that are not identifiable will be returned to the sender if possible. NB! The return costs are for your own account. You can easily create a return label for DHL via the page of the track & trace link that was previously sent to you. However, you are also free to arrange this via another shipping service. Clearly state the name with which the order was placed and the order number in the package, so that we can easily find your order in our system. On this form you can easily fill in your details, print them out and then send them in the package.
