Shipping and delivery

Ordered before 15.00 p.m., shipped the same day. Orders placed before 15.00:50 PM will be shipped the same day and will most likely be delivered the next day (except weekends and public holidays). All orders over XNUMX euros are shipped free of charge with track & trace.

With every order you have the option to pay for it only after receipt by paying with Klarna. All packages are sent with DHL as standard. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified and you can track your order if shipped with track & trace.

Change delivery address

After placing the order, the address cannot be changed.

At Juwelia we try to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. Changing the address after an order has been placed is only possible if the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse.
