If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all delivered accessories, will be returned to the trader in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Please ensure that the package is adequately stamped. After receiving the goods, we will refund the amount for the jewelry within 14 working days. Both the cost and the risk of shipping (e.g., if a package is lost with DHL or PostNL) are at your expense for returns. To ensure the package reaches us, consider sending your return by registered mail or as a parcel.
Non-identifiable return shipments will be returned to the sender if possible. Note that return costs are at your expense. You're free to arrange this through a shipping service of your choice. Clearly state the name and order number in the package so that we can easily find your order in our system. You can conveniently fill out your details on the provided form, print it, and include it in the package.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. It is possible to cancel orders until they have been processed by us. Contact customer service to cancel an order, which you can do by email at info@juwelia.nl. Please don't forget to provide your name and order number so that we can quickly locate your order.
If you place your order before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. However, we cannot guarantee that the product will arrive the next day. This depends on the carrier used for delivery. Usually, the product arrives the next day, but this is not always the case.
Once you have placed an order with us, we will inform you with important information. This way, you will know exactly when to expect the package.
All products in this webshop are shipped with Track & Trace. At Juwelia, you get free shipping for orders over £50. For all orders under £50, the shipping cost is £4.96. If you have placed an order above £50, you will also get free Track & Trace for the shipment. Most packages are letterbox packages, so you don't have to be at home to receive them from the courier. In some exceptions where an order contains more than 3 or 4 items, it becomes a larger package that does not fit through the letterbox and will be delivered by a courier to your door.
As soon as we receive the package, we will refund the amount to your account as quickly as possible.
If your order is not what you expected, Juwelia offers you the guarantee to return your order within 14 days after purchase and receive a refund.
Logically, this is only possible with undamaged jewelry that is preferably returned in the original packaging. Please also ensure sufficient postage on the package. Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the invoice amount within 14 days. Both the costs and the risk of shipping (for example, if a package gets lost at PostNL) are at your own expense in case of a return. So, if you want to ensure that the package arrives with us, send your return by registered mail or as a package.
Returns that cannot be identified will, if possible, be returned to the sender. Please note! The return costs are at your own expense.
Note! For hygienic reasons, earrings may not be tried on. Returns that do not comply with this requirement, that are damaged, soiled, or altered, may be refused and will not be refunded.
If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered and would like to exchange it for another item, you can! Send a message through the contact form, clearly stating your name and order number, and let us know which item you would prefer (item number). We will then contact you regarding any refund/extra payment and how best to return the received item to us. Any shipping costs associated with this are the responsibility of the customer.
